Create and drive the marketing strategy for K-SWISS in EMEA (lifestyle and performance): Campaign creation, social, Media, trade, Events, PartnershipsBRAND - Create & develop cohesive multi channel marketing strategies that are aligned on the market trends, customer target and competitors\' actions and create seasonal marketing plans- Plan a 360 activation calendars, define campaing objectives aligned with the marketing strategy- Create marketing campaigns for EMEA and Gloabl uses (Sell in & Sell Out Assets)- Development of creative briefs to guide the assets creation aligned with the brand positioning- Work closely to the GLOABAL K SWISS team in Los Angeles - Work closely with product and sales teams to ensure alignment for GTM and key launches- Manage the EMEA marketing budgetCOMMUNICATION- Provide strategic direction to external agency responsible for planning, content creation and execution (off and online)- Social : Develop a content strategy, define DA, create monthly calendars, and analyze KPI to pilote the strategy- PR : Creation and diffusion of communication plans with PR Agencies & distributors SALE/ RETAIL - Collaboration with key accounts for in-season marketing activations (to drive sell-out)- Provide tools to the Sales team to ensure Sell in and Sell out results - Trade Marketing disposal to ensure brand visibility in store- Organisation of the Sales Meetings EMEA EVENTS / PARTNERSHIPS : Athletes/Influence : Development of strategic partnerships with the KSWISS GLOBAL TEAM Event management : trade show – sport events
