I serve as the leader of two groups within the commercial division of the company - the Business Development Team and the Sample Operations Team. These teams work with many areas of the company - primarily the Sales and Marketing groups. The Business Development Team interacts with clients and sales representatives and: • Takes and places orders for sample requests • Researches and provides construction project leads to the sales force • Provides technical product information upon request • Provides formal pricing quotations The Sample Operations Team works in conjunction with the Business Development Team and other groups and: • Stocks and maintains and inventory of product samples for all flooring products • Fulfills sample order requests
