Report directly to the CFO; responsible for the financial analysis and system reporting through Hyperion Financial Management. • Led the project to implement HFM (including FDM across 3 divisions and 50 entities, with multiple ERP systems. • Implementation including the design, testing and user training. • Support the closing process from a corporate perspective as well as the worldwide user base across a global footprint. • Aided other departments (e.g. tax) in utilizing HFM and developing reporting tools. • Streamline and manage annual budget and monthly forecasting processes. Introduced a monthly rolling 4-quarter forecast. Developed a long-term forecast plan. • Developed financial modeling of new business model for security division - scanning as a service. Multiple million dollar contracts awarded (worth up to $900M). Created financial models for multiple contract bids. • Inventory analysis - implemented new cycle count policy, revised inventory reserve calculations, and introduced new inventory metrics. • Spent 18 months working within security department of company\'s UK cargo manufacturing plant. Tasked to perform reporting, forecasting, and budgeting for entity; focused on inventory analysis and introduced new procedures into the organization.
