In my current role at Scheer IMC, I operate as both a Solutions Consultant and Technical Account Manager, leveraging my expertise & experience to align technology with customer success. I support enterprise clients in navigating complex Learning & Development challenges, working closely with key project stakeholders from the initial sales process, through to ongoing support and long-term strategic growth.I\'m always looking for ways to help customers get more value from their solutions — whether that’s driving deeper product engagement, enhancing the client experience, or offering timely technical advice. I’m known for being a clear and enthusiastic communicator, a thoughtful listener, and someone who brings energy and focus to effectively solving business challenges.Key Contributions Include: In Pre-sales, I lead discovery sessions, deliver tailored platform demos, and help to architect winning solutions that align with customer needs. In Post-sales, I act as a trusted technical advisor — managing relationships, driving product adoption, and where appropriate - aligning IMC\'s software and service offerings with the customers’ evolving strategies & needs. I own renewals and expansions, always focused on delivering measurable value and building strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
