Responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of compensation and benefits programs including base pay, incentive pay, health and wellness benefits (medical, dental, vision, FSA, HSA), life insurance, and 401(k). Negotiates and contracts with benefit providers, vendors, auditors, and consultants for services and plan administration. Ensures compliance with applicable government regulations. Ensure timeliness and accuracy of required reporting and fees for ACA, 401k, and 5500 data collection. Maintains all plan documents and benefits records. Prepares and communicates important benefit information to current and past employees regarding process improvements, benefit changes and government-mandated disclosures. Resolves eligibility, claim, and administrative problems with the carrier representatives and responds to employee concerns. Manages annual benefits open enrollment process; recommends changes and enhancements to leadership, creates and implements robust communication plan to reach all employees, oversees implementation and rollout of new vendors, oversees enrollment process and audits plan enrollment in preparation for new plan year. Manages the benefit onboarding and delivers enrollment presentations to newly partnered hospitals.
