Working remotely, have been responsible for the execution of Candidate Recruitment/Qualification and Client Customer Discovery calls, supporting US-based Clients across a broad range of Technology and Professional Service Industry Sectors. In many cases, performed Candidate and Buying Authority Research to define call targets.*Have worked side by side with Greywolf’s President on several projects, including the launch of the company’s Customer Discovery Services and Recruitment Transaction Training Solution.Specific responsibilities include: •Most recently, as Recruiting Team Lead and Top Performer, sourced and prequalified candidates for a broad range of Software Development, Software Quality, Test Automation, Systems Administration, Development Operations, Software Automation, and Business Analysis positions major for a SaaS company opening a new Software Development and Platform Production operation in Austin. Led a team of 3 Recruiters, delivering over Candidate Resumes and Professional Profiles, with 27% of the Candidates recruited being open to interviewing with our Client. •Cold calling and initial connections with all level of Candidates, including Individual Contributors, Management, and Executive Candidates on search assignments. •Execution of Pre-Sales Prospecting and Opportunity Qualification (Customer Discovery) calls to Buying Authorities for Client Products, Solutions, and Services, evaluating the potential for a successful Customer engagement with our Client(s). •Telephone and Internet Research for both Recruiting and Customer Discovery projects. Trained in telephone-based Candidate Identification and Referral Solicitation skills prior to LinkedIn and other Internet research sites. •Initial assignments with Greywolf involved Candidate Research and Identification supporting Profiling and Search projects.•Utilized and maintained the integrity of a very large remote database, while also occasionally performing data entry.
