ABOUT TERESE TUNNICLIFFE
With over twenty five years experience developing and executing successful growth strategies, I have taken both mature and emerging businesses to the next level. Working in both Senior Leadership and Governance roles, I zero in to the heart of strategic issues. Using an iterative approach, I work with leadership teams to build clear growth strategies – and then support the execution. I drive successful sales, brand and channel strategies, with a focus on customer experience design and digital options for both B2B and B2C markets. I am passionate about fostering people and culture. High performing teams play an integral role in achieving business success – I work with leadership teams to make the changes to get them there.
