Biggest problem is People plan for kids, they feel need for house, but retirement is realised when person reaches late 40 or early 50. Retirement is a very big goal, It can\'t be planned in last 10 years of their career. It\'s a big challenge to make young Indians realise it\'s importance in their 30\'s or early 40\'s. We do awareness seminars in Corporates/ colleges free of cost. We believe need to plan retirement should be taught in schools.
