ABOUT TEHILAH KATHARINA ADLER
Being born and growing up in Saint Petersburg (Russia) Tehilah Katharina has studied International Management & Intercultural Communication in Karlsruhe & Madrid. She started to gain working experience in Communications in 2013 with several internships and student employments, as e.g. at Sanoma Independent Media (Publishing House) in Moscow. After her semester abroad in Madrid - where she has mainly focused on PR & Brand Communication - she has occurred and internship at PR & Corporate Communication at a Mercedes-Benz subsidiary in Stuttgart. After her Bachelors Degree she has started to work in E-commerce focusing on Email-Marketing, CRM-Management and Business Development in Karlsruhe, leading communicational projects as freelancer for an Israeli NGO until her move to Frankfurt. Tehilah Katharina has been working Global Communication Agency Publicis from July 2016 starting a Traineeship - first as an Account Management (8 months) and afterwards as Strategist (3 months). During the Traineeship she has been involved in several digital, print publishing / strategic projects of L‘Orèal Paris (Garnier) as well as SAVENCIA and has performed strategic analysis on brand and competitor’s communication for several clients. In July 2017 Tehilah Katharina has started at Publicis 133 as Junior International Coordinator for Cadillac Europe. After her move to Israel (Aliyah) in 2018 Tehilah Katharina moved to the Non-Profit world, joined Israel Experience - a subsidiary of Jewish Agency - in February 2018 as Communication- & Project Manager, continuing to work for several Israeli organization within the field of Jewish informal Education and as project coordinator and marketing associate. Since 2021 Tehilah Katharina works as a Donor Relations Manager for the largest Jewish non-profit organization in the world, being among others the relationship liaison for Christian Friends of the Jewish Agency. Tehilah Katharina has graduated from the MA Program \'Non Profit Management & Leadership\' and \'Israel Studies\' while being a Research Assistant at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Besides of a fluent German, Russian, English & Spanish Tehilah Katharina has a solid level of Hebrew. She is an open-minded person with the ambition to work transculturally always seeking for new challenges. Not only because of her cultural belonging, but also because of the very booming media & digital communication branches, especially Israel as a future working area is of a great Interest for her.
