Our projects include both implementation, deployment and migrations projects to large telecommunication operators. Our solutions deployments are used by millions of users and are carrier graded systems.I am the main contact point to the customer, external partners, sales and development team. I can understand the technical side of the business and empathize with the customer needs, helping to drive our projects into the right direction for creating value to the customer. My day-to-day job includes requirement engineering, documentation, resource allocation and prioritization, release management and facilitating communication among all stakeholders.
