Supervise Regional Marketing Coordinators and the Manager of Marketing + Property Development, serving as strategic and analytical resources to regional and onsite teams.Provide strategic input during pre-development and construction phases, including unit mix, target audience definition, branding, amenity programming, floor plan and finish recommendations, proforma support, and participation in architectural and conceptual planning. Support RFPs, new client pitches, and business development initiatives that showcase marketing, branding, and revenue optimization programs.Manage marketing vendors, AI and CRM technology platforms, social media strategy, ADA-compliant website standards, and alignment with IT systems, while representing the organization at industry events, associations, and across multiple markets.
