Regional Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Regional Marketing Director in executing promotion plans for each property on an as needed basis, coordinating print marketing collateral, logo design and development, branding efforts, signage, establishment of new properties on social media channels, building out Google + and FB pages and similar efforts. Under the direction of the Regional Marketing Director, this position will assist in the development of effective and appropriate branding messages and positioning for properties. A key component of this position is to assist the Regional Marketing Director in coordinating and managing vendor training initiatives for multifamily marketing systems. This involves on-site training and assistance to site staff as well as classroom training. This position is a critical resource within the Multifamily Division and will periodically be asked to assist with business development initiatives and other duties as assigned. This position functions as a representative of Drucker & Falk in local, regional and national opportunities/ industry events and associations.
