I have an ALHC certification and over 25 years of experience in the disability insurance and fintech industries, delivering maximum results in LTD/STD/LWOP/FMLA, appeals and litigation, risk/loss mitigation, fraud investigation, and people management.I have a passion and proven affinity for DIB, allyship within and outside of the workplace, continuous process improvement, business strategy and efficiency, people development, change navigation, and customer service. Integrity is everything. I co-created the Transcending Humanity Podcast, which highlights LGBTQIA+ marginalization, allyship, and trans joy.
