Since then, I’ve been honored with multiple recognitions, including “Rookie of the Period” and consistent performance awards.Current Responsibilities• Serving Technology Roles: Managing end-to-end recruitment for various tech positions across clients • Process Coaching: Providing onboarding and continuous training to new joiners on Hays’ recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.• Resume Review & Secondary Screening: Conducting detailed resume evaluations and second-round screening calls for candidates sourced by team members to ensure quality and alignment with client expectations.• Candidate Engagement: Leading interview preparation sessions and aftercare calls to ensure smooth candidate experience and post-placement satisfaction.• Reporting & Analytics: Reviewing and analyzing weekly recruitment reports to track performance metrics, identifying trends, and supporting data-driven decision-making.• Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinating with account managers and client stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with business needs.• Quality Assurance: Ensuring compliance with internal standards and client-specific requirements throughout the recruitment life cycle.• Market Intelligence: Staying updated on industry trends and talent market dynamics to provide strategic insights and improve sourcing effectiveness.
