With 33 years of public accounting experience all at Deloitte, Tanya specializes in providing tax services to global companies. Tanya has assisted many multinational clients with both domestic and foreign issues and has worked on short-term assignments in Deloitte offices in Canada and Germany. She also manages the Deloitte Columbus office’s Inbound Tax Practice by serving the US subsidiaries of European and Asian headquartered corporations and the individuals on assignment to these companies in the US. As well, she currently serves as both the Inclusion leader and Women & Allies Community leader for the Columbus office of Deloitte and was formerly Deloitte’s regional Women’s Initiative leader from 2005 through 2009.Tanya received her Bachelor of Science in Economics, with concentrations in accounting and finance from the Wharton School of Business at The University of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants.Tanya is active in her community and served as the Board Chair for City Year Columbus, a not-for-profit organization focused on keeping Columbus youth in school and on-track for graduation. She has also served on the Board of Directors of several other charitable organizations in Central Ohio including the Columbus Urban League, Dublin Arts Council, Worthington Arts Council, Black Tie Ball, Inc. and Japan America Society of Central Ohio. Additionally she has served as a University of Pennsylvania Alumni Association Secondary School Committee Member for over 20 years and annually interviews applicants to the university from the Central Ohio area. Tanya was recognized in 2005 by Columbus Business First as the recipient of their “Forty Under 40” award for her professional and community service in Central Ohio.
