Ltd, stepping into an Administration & Operations role directly supporting the Managing Director, I see this transition as more than a career move — it’s an evolution. I’ll be contributing to strategic decision-making, ensuring seamless coordination across key functions, and building efficient processes that strengthen organizational alignment. This opportunity allows me to apply my business development mindset in a completely new environment, bridging strategy, operations, and leadership collaboration.Before this, I spent 4.5 years in the Education Technology industry, most recently as a Business Development Manager at Great Learning Pvt. Ltd.(a leading brand offering postgraduate management and data science programs). I began there in 2022 as an individual contributor and quickly grew to lead a team of consultants — driving B2B and B2C sales, handling client negotiations, closures, and retention, and ensuring smooth coordination across operations, finance, and product teams.Over the years, I’ve developed a passion for consultative selling, team building, and strategic relationship management, working with clients who sought meaningful career advancement through professional learning. Collaborating with talented colleagues like Abhijeet Srivastava, Deepak Wadhwani, and Bhavkirat Singh Narula, I learned the true essence of teamwork and shared success.Earlier in my journey, I began with Toppr Technologies, where I gained my foundational experience in the K–12 EdTech segment. Academically, I hold an MBA in Operations & Marketing from GL Bajaj Institute of Technology & Management (AKTU, Lucknow), where I was a Gold Medalist — a milestone that continues to remind me of the value of consistency and excellence.As I now transition into a more strategic, cross-functional role, my vision is simple — to keep learning, to adapt, and to bring value wherever I work. For me, growth has always been about expanding my perspective, not just my profile.
