Sustainability is a team sport and a circular economy is a collaborative economy, but we\'re running out of time, and most organizations aren\'t prepared for the era of intelligence. Fortunately, we\'re in it together.As a strategic partner to CEOs and EDs, I step in as a fractional operations leader to help translate vision into operational reality. My role is to build collaborative and intelligent organizational operating systems that help mission-driven teams scale without losing what makes them excel. By leading transitions from informal structures to intentional systems, my work enables ambitious organizations to grow without compromising principles. Building from zero-to-one is my happy place.I\'m working towards responsible, sustainable, and just systems by facilitating effective collaboration, strategy, and design among sustainability and climate leaders. We promote smart policy, innovation, and action to transform Philadelphia’s linear economy to an efficient and resilient circular economy of the future- Provide executive leadership, financial oversight, board governance, and strategic guidance on resource allocation, programming, planning, and organizational development to maximize community impact and advance mission objectives- Led organizational transformation by transitioning from shared leadership model to a single executive structure; hired the first Executive Director; co-created strategic plan; and continually steward board and staff through development initiatives
