Notable achievements include- Leading the launch strategy for our Salesforce Platform, including an all-staff 2-week Salesforce training program using ADKAR change management strategies to ensure system adoption- Increasing LMS usage by 200% in just 3 months- Developing over 85 courses in Docebo in less than a year.Previously, as Vice President of Career Access and Workforce Development at Skills for Chicagoland’s Future, I transitioned training to a virtual platform, expanded programs, and secured significant grants, increasing revenue by over $350K. Key accomplishments include- Leading the transition from in-person training to a complete virtual program platform- Expanding the Career Access Training Program to include five new community partners- Securing multiple government and employer-driven grants, including a million-dollar grant from a lead employer partner.At the YMCA, I held various senior leadership positions, achieving significant financial turnarounds and revenue growth. Highlights include- Led the Children\'s Center through a financial turnaround plan, resulting in an overall turnaround of over $600K from the previous year\'s performance- Increasing annual membership growth by 5% consecutively, improving revenue from $2.9 million to $4 million in five years- Introducing online membership sales, achieving new memberships/renewals in three months.I am passionate about training and staff development, having led the launch of national training platforms and developed comprehensive learning and development strategies.
