I am a motivated and passionate Learning and Development Leader; experienced in the delivery of key learning projects and programs to enhance the capability of teams across a broad range of industries, including Financial Services, Construction, Minerals, Security, Hospitality, and Not for Profit within a corporate training environment. As an enthusiastic self-starter I have excellent consultation and relationship building skills with all levels of an organisation, enabling me to be agile and responsive to business organisational transformation. A key strength that I have is easily adapting to unexpected changes, managing effectively to ensure positive organisational results. I have developed strong expertise in all aspects of L&D including; project management, strategy & framework development, blended learning, accredited or non-accredited, programs including eLearning, on-boarding, and overall program governance. Bringing a comprehensive understanding of compliance frameworks I can demonstrate how accredited training, complements learning and development programs within corporate environments including knowledge of key State and Federal contract or funding models.Additionally, I’ve built extensive knowledge of Registered Training Organisations (RTO), being responsible for overseeing the start-up and management of two RTOs. I’m passionate about taking a genuine interest in the business to deliver quality outcomes aligned to business strategy by delivering real results from learning, by measuring the benefits (ROI) of learning programs. I have a strong determination to contribute towards growth in employee retention, increasing capability and engagement through delivering high-quality learning initiatives.
