I am a seasoned Community and Property Management professional with over 30 years of leadership experience across multifamily housing and healthcare operations. My background includes stabilizing communities, improving occupancy and collections, coordinating maintenance and vendor oversight, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading onsite teams with consistency and accountability.In addition to multifamily property management, I bring over a decade of experience in medical and dental office management. This experience sharpened my operational discipline in highly regulated environments, including workflow optimization, front-office operations, scheduling, billing coordination, confidentiality, and customer care. These skills translate directly to resident relations, compliance standards, and service excellence in multifamily communities.Throughout my career, I have partnered closely with regional leadership to implement structure, streamline workflows, and improve day-to-day operations in both stable and transition environments. I am known for calm, organized leadership and for stepping into roles where consistency and accountability are needed.I bring senior-level organization while remaining hands-on at the community level, with a strong focus on team development, operational consistency, and resident experience. I am currently exploring Community Manager or Property Manager opportunities in the Houston area.
