I’m an equity-driven leader with over a decade of experience in higher education, nonprofit leadership, and restorative justice facilitation. My work centers healing, access, and belonging through wellness-focused systems change, strategic partnerships, and culturally responsive program design.Currently serving as Assistant Vice President of Access & Community Engagement at Jefferson Community and Technical College, I lead campus-wide wellness initiatives, supervise DEIB-focused programming, and collaborate with community partners to support student success.
