ABOUT TAMAR SHENKAR

My career has never followed a traditional path. I often step into unfamiliar challenges, quickly adapt, and find opportunities where others see roadblocks. That mindset - staying resourceful, embracing change, and taking ownership to move things forward - has shaped who I am professionally and how I approach building products and leading teams.My foundations come from the IDF, where I served as a Tank Gunnery Instructor and later as a Training Officer in the reserves. Those experiences taught me how to lead, teach, and stay composed in demanding environments. Since then, I’ve co-founded a startup, led strategic initiatives, and built products in the complex world of healthcare. I’ve developed a product from 0 to hundreds of thousands of users, guided teams through ambiguity, built strategic partnerships, and expanded into new domains like voluntary benefits and pharmacy. What motivates me most is creating clarity from complexity - understanding real needs, translating them into solutions, and working with people to make meaningful progress. I care about impact, continuous learning, and doing work that genuinely helps others. Always open to meaningful conversations about product, strategy, and building things that make a difference.
