My passion is people—I am a dedicated “people person” whose purpose is to help others and improve the situations around me, whether it’s for colleagues, clients, or neighbors.My approach is straightforward: I ask questions to understand the pain points, challenges, and goals of those I work with. I rely on empathy, pragmatism, and a consultative style to create sustainable solutions. I have often found that during the discovery process, I uncover underlying systemic issues that are contributing to the root cause issues. This insight allows me to apply process improvement and change management initiatives that often involve cross-functional leadership and collaboration to achieve the best outcomes for all parties.Asking questions helps me build trust and rapport, setting a foundation for strong relationship management and ensuring that all voices are heard in the process of creating meaningful change.Here are some examples of the accomplishments I’ve delivered:As the inaugural Director of Partnerships positions at Govern For America, re-vamped the partnership strategy and designed and built foundational systems and processes for partnership tracking and analysis.Developed and executed a GTM strategy, defined ideal customer profiles, and developed a research and lead generation strategy. This resulted in $269,500 in contracts, accounting for 10% of the organization\'s revenue, and an increase of 116% from the prior revenue record.Launched the inaugural cohort of Govern For America Fellowship in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 2024.
