I hired, trained and help license a number of professionals. Responsibilities included marketing, training, budget creation and overall business operation for the last 20 years.Transferable skills include: data analysis, area market studies, site selection analysis, authored LOI & purchase agreements, skilled negotiator, performed lease preparation & analysis with a deep understanding of CAM calculation, assisted in construction budget creation and monitoring, owner & lender representation, project & property management, appointed to a zoning board and have a strong familiarity of zoning requirements and permitting, assisted in fund raising and securing financing for small and large projects. Valuation skills include: commercial & residential appraisal reporting experience, preformed valuations services for most types of real property including going concerns and taxation, extensive experience in data analysis (both small & large sets), have used a large number of real estate software, performed forensic valuation and commercial review services. I hold certified general licenses in good standing in Alabama, Arizona, Mississippi and Florida. In addition, I have performed valuation and consulting services in several additional states.Additional skills include: portfolio loan monitoring, consulting, real estate tax consultation, consult and assist management companies with compliance and bank regulation. Designed an \"evaluation\" report used for compliance, refinancing, renewals, and property values under the di minimus. The report complies with USPAP.
