   Real-Time As a Service (RTS) Governance System is a PaaS cloud native application designed on the basis of API-first principle.Provides high speed realtime data transmission services from Rigs to Customer’s office making a quantum leap in productivity. Built on the concept of Hub-and-Spoke model, it brings realtime data together from many sources such as Edge devices, MWD/LWD acquisition system and third party streams to consumers by making direct connections using APIs.Roles and Responsibilities:•Driving innovation and strategy for RealTime-as-a-Service APIs and RealTime Well Access Interface products by close collaboration with senior executives across the company.•Steward for an end to end RTS product strategy, execution and adoption by internal global business lines and external customers and operators.•Provide technical advice about the current state of product technology and its future direction by project briefings and product presentations.•Conduct company-wide in-person Training Workshops.•Create and prioritize Roadmaps to enhance API based platform capabilities by evaluating emerging technologies and market trends in the industry. Also roadmaps for the adoption of new and emerging industry standards to meet customer’s demand.•Provide strong technical focus and risk assessment in product planning for a complete, end-to-end solution.•Define Success criteria for testing and product acceptance.•Facilitate the creation and maintenance of product documentation.•Prepare and present technical reports, project overviews to Senior Directors and Vice Presidents.•Collaborate with product owners, solution managers, system architects and cross-functional product teams, ensuring alignment towards the product increment objectives•Build and manage scrum teams with both onshore and offshore resources.•Improve product team’s Agile process by providing AzureDevOps workflows/best practices and attend Product and Sprint Demos as a stakeholder.
