My role involved directing all operational functions, including provider network management, clinical and medical outcomes, quality assurance, customer service, and finance. By focusing on seamless program delivery and achieving performance goals, I helped enhance care for vulnerable populations while maintaining strong regulatory compliance.One of my proudest achievements was leading the successful proposal and implementation of a new care coordination program in Nevada. Starting from the ground up, I built a robust system that included establishing provider networks, hiring and training staff, and integrating evidence-based practices, creating a sustainable model for care that continues to make a difference.Selected Accomplishments- Ensured compliance with federal CMS guidelines for Medicaid waiver programs, producing detailed reports on assessments, services, and outcomes, meeting all requirements and exceeding expectations in program performance- Enhanced customer service capabilities by overhauling crisis call processes and implementing specialized crisis training for agents and care managers, ensuring superior handling of children’s mental health crises in Louisiana’s new crisis system- Partnered with Louisiana\'s Office of Behavioral Health to co-present at the TCOM National Conference, showcasing the successful implementation of a state-wide assessment tool, which strengthened state relationships and highlighted organizational expertise
