Sylwia is currently leveraging her skills in environmental / climate data analytics and storytelling, strategic problem-solving, and environmental science to advance digital innovation and sustainable impact through Ramboll Galago\'s work.Previously, Sylwia was a Research Director for Sustainability at Russell Reynolds Associates (RRA) supporting clients with market insights and supporting executive-level recruitment and education to help organizations embed sustainability into leadership and strengthen their governance practices. Sylwia received her Master of Science in Sustainability Management from Columbia University and served as the former Director of Communications for Columbia\'s Sustainable Finance Professionals Network (CSFPN). She also holds a certification in Applied Data Science from MIT\'s Professional Education Program and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Chemistry and Studio Art from New York University.
