ABOUT KYLE J. BAREITHER
I am a motivated environmental engineer with over 18 years of industry experience. I thrives off of a fast-paced work environment with a high degree of communication and teamwork. I love working with my colleagues, the client, and the governing agency to make sure that a project is completed on time, within budget, sustainably, and to the agency’s satisfaction. While challenging, it is amazing to see an impacted site come back to life. My focus in on design and construction, however I also enjoy remedial investigation/feasibility study work and hydraulic/sediment modeling.I also find the marketing and branding part of business fascinating. There are so many different avenues to promote, solicit, and network these days. I enjoy meeting new people and trying to understand their needs to see if we can help them out with their problem. I truly believe in being upfront and transparent with people, so that we can both understand what the problem is and how we are going to address it. Outside of work I spend time with my amazing wife, baby boy, and basset hound. I have a passion for a healthy lifestyle, fishing, volunteering, Volkswagens, gardening, pottery, and hockey.
