Since returning from my secondment at NHS Lothian, I have led several key initiatives. I implemented a stage gate methodology project, refining structures, developing reporting data sets, and designing ServiceNow templates. Although this project was eventually replaced by a different assurance approach, it provided valuable experience.I then moved on to a major transformation project, tailoring strategies for various departments, engaging with senior leaders, HR, and OD & L, and detailing service redesign and organisational change plans.Currently, my primary focus is on developing the Cyber Centre of Excellence, a key part of the NSS Strategy 20••••24 and aligned with the Scottish Government Digital Strategy. I was the first to provide project support to the cybersecurity team and played a key role in establishing the programme\'s foundation. Since then, the team has expanded to include two additional project managers, a programme director, and a business manager. Together, we are working to deploy numerous tech and non-tech projects across all 22 Scottish health boards, detailing plans and supporting the governance boards overseeing this work.Additionally, I have maintained my regular PMO duties, launched a project support community, and assisted with recruitment efforts.
