Swati is an experienced digital transformation leader with deep expertise in IT strategy consulting, solution architecture, programme assurance and risk management over large and complex IT enabled business transformation programs. She has over 19 years of experience in leading these technological functionalities across the enterprise estate to support holistic and efficient business operations for global clients in multiple sectors including Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Energy & Utilities, Manufacturing, Health Care, and Retail, to drive value from their investment in technology and achieve their business goals.She specializes in designing and delivering Supply Chain processes for SAP S/4HANA, covering order fulfilment, logistics and warehouse management. She is certified in SAP S/4HANA, TOGAF, and CRISC, demonstrating her proficiency and knowledge in business process integration, enterprise architecture, and information systems control. As a controls expert, Swati has massive understanding of GRC processes including risk and controls, security and segregation of duty and most recently ESG and UK SOx. She has worked as a program assurance lead for several SAP programmes, presenting reports and recommendations for audit committees.
