Volton is a very dynamic and innovative Greek company, the only one in the region active in both energy (electricity & natural gas) and telecoms (mobile telephony). Volton, is a member of an ambitious group that is active in the sectors of Renewable Energy Sources (RES), Banking, Constructions, Media and Entertainment, Sports and Shipping.I lead commercial growth and strategic transformation for a new energy and telecommunications provider that\'s challenging incumbents in a regulated, highly competitive market. As both COO and CMO, I’m responsible for building an agile, low-cost, and scalable organization that delivers value across electricity, natural gas, and mobile services, managing more than 100 internal employees and a large organization of internal and outsourced sales networks covering all client segments and a retail shops network consisting of 26 shops and more than 250 sales agents.My focus is on three pillars: disrupting markets with intelligent, insight-led strategies; structuring operations for autonomy and performance; and applying AI to optimize decision-making, reduce dependencies, and increase customer relevance. I work closely with the CEO to shape the company’s evolution, and I’m also preparing for future board-level contributions in businesses undergoing digital and operational transformation.
