ABOUT SVENJA NICHITEANU
As Project Manager, I am responsible for Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) at OTTO. My focus is on demonstrating the added value of D&I across the organization, raising awareness of it and anchoring it in relevant processes in the long term. Both the D&I strategy and the associated operational activities and their measurability are part of my range of tasks. I am also the HR interface for the \"Board of Diversity Networks“ (ERGs) and act as a sparring partner for these communities. Prior to that, I worked for years as a consultant in Otto Group Knowledge Management and networked experts and top management both internationally and nationally in digital and analog best practice formats.
