I am a commercially minded individual with a breadth of experience and a successful track record in operations, delivery and people management. My current role as Practice Lead involves responsibility for the strategic direction and management of a multinational digital practice. I have successfully led several high-profile digital programmes including the delivery of web and mobile programmes, big data platforms and business transformations. I am responsible for the day to day governance and management of resources across EMEA, Americas, India and South East Asia for the delivery of solutions that maximise business benefit and minimise risk of failure.
