ABOUT SUSIE RUPPE

I\'m Susie, and I am currently a Project Manager at Road Scholar, working remotely from Columbus, OH. I work with teams across the organization to implement strategic priorities and initiatives through multi-stage projects. I completed over 50 hours of coursework at Cornell University to achieve my Project Management Certificate in April 2022.My time at Road Scholar has been and continues to be transformational! I\'ve worked across three departments in my almost 10 years here. I\'ve planned the trips our participants enroll on. I\'ve led our participants across the country to discover and learn. I\'ve trained our Group Leaders internationally! I\'ve trained the trainers across our organizations to deliver high-quality and collaborative sessions with our global staff. Most importantly, I\'ve evolved, learned new ways to think about our organization\'s processes and product. My skills grow through trying new things, leaping into the next adventure, and always staying open to different perspectives!Specialties: Organization, Implementing Projects, Presenting, Training, Meeting Deadlines, Communication, Leadership, Articulation, Negotiation, Microsoft Office, Internet Research, Navigating and Using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Database
