Currently part of the International Operations team at a leading food awareness non-profit active in 14 countries across 5 continents with the mission to reduce the global consumption of animal products by 50% by the year 2040. Animal consumption is responsible for many of the world\'s most pressing challenges such as animal suffering, environmental degradation, the world hunger problem and many lifestyle diseases. This is why ProVeg is committed to promoting a socially responsible, plant-based lifestyle as a multi-problem solution.• Assisting all country teams and departments with intervention measurement for a wide variety of activities, working closely with Operations, Fundraising, Communications & Research teams to communicate outcomes and findings to internal and external stakeholders• Consolidating disparate internal data sources into comprehensive yet intuitive KPI dashboards in Google Looker Studio to facilitate evidence-based decision-making• Providing accurate, up-to-date and instant insights through regular quality control of manually collected data whilst continuously improving practices and automating processes using JavaScript/Google Apps Script• Compiling data inputs for quarterly and annual reviews, highlighting the impact of our work and sharing learnings with our community and supporters in collaboration with Fundraising and Communications teams• Supporting the development of Logical Models & Theory of Change approaches in collaboration with Research, Operations and Executive teams• Assessing the current Organisational Learning culture and introducing initiatives to optimise information and knowledge sharing in collaboration with Human Resources
