I am highly experienced in (i) mentoring technical assistants and researchers,(ii) implementing very structured protocols (WIs), SOPs, and developing GLP-like documentation standard. Also, I am a highly motivated, and resourceful educator with over 11 years of experience in Life Sciences courses. I have experience in developing curricula as well as in conducting/teaching undergraduate and master programs. I am extremely committed to developing an educational atmosphere to stimulate the creativity of students to the next level. I have been fortunate to work with highly motivated colleagues from a vast range of countries and cultural backgrounds, which has enriched my knowledge, increased my flexibility and adjustment to any environment, fulfilled my wiliness to learn, and given me a uniquely holistic approach to my work.
