Charged with molding the organizational “big picture” vision and goals into actionable execution strategies and ensuring maximum business benefits/ROI are realized. Oversee strategic transformational programs for the Business Technology Organization, extending to enterprise-wide, cross-company initiatives. Own and optimize the internal stakeholder relationships and external partner engagement with Operations partners (Channel partners, CMs/DCs, 3PLs, 3PRs). Lead fiscal year and roadmap planning for the organization, budget and resource planning, vendor management, and risk management. Engage strategically with Technology partners, both within and outside the company, to deliver business outcomes and maintain business continuity. Direct transformational efforts working with a matrixed team across the company to ensure successful program delivery, adoption, and business value realization.
