My focus was on deeply understanding the Indian legal ecosystem through direct customer conversations, NPS feedback, and CDI (Customer Discovery Initiative) and using those insights to drive AI adoption, product-market fit, and revenue growth.I worked cross-functionally with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver solutions that were not only technologically advanced but also deeply aligned with user needs.Key Initiatives & Impact1. AI-Powered Headnotes for Indian Judgments: Improved legal research efficiency by introducing AI-generated headnotes for Supreme Court and High Court cases. Collaborated with NLP engineers to fine-tune summarization models for Indian legal language and judgment structure. Delivered glanceable legal insights, reducing research time and increasing product stickiness among legal professionals.2. Customer Discovery Initiative (CDI) for Lexis+ AI :Led a structured CDI to assess market readiness for GenAI in legal research and drafting. Conducted 100+ in-depth interviews with law firms and corporate legal teams to validate demand and define use cases. Built a business case and localization roadmap that influenced leadership to prioritize Lexis+ AI for India rollout.3. Pricing Model Revamp for Tier 2/3 Markets:Designed a modular, usage-based pricing strategy based on extensive customer research and NPS insights. Improved affordability and adoption among mid-sized law firms and solo practitioners. Partnered with sales and finance to align pricing with GTM strategy, driving revenue growth and retention.
