ABOUT SUJIN C.
Hi, I’m Sujin — a researcher and evaluation specialist who is curious about how people experience the world and how we can all design better services, platforms, and programs to meet their needs. Over the past 3+ years, I\'ve worked on projects reaching audiences from small community groups to millions of residents, combining interviews, surveys, and other research methods to uncover insights that matter. I’ve worked on everything from insights into 2SLGBTQIA+ student experience on campus to longitudinal impacts of a financial literacy program. I’m into creative methods, clear insights, and asking the kinds of questions that get to the real “why” behind people’s behaviour. I love working with cross-functional teams, especially when the work is messy, meaningful, and people-focused. My background is a bit of a mix — education, research, design, policy — but the common thread is helping people learn and make better decisions. These days, I’m especially drawn to projects where research and design come together to make services more useful and inclusive. Always eager to chat and connect — especially if it\'s in person!
