Managing the Provider Inventory Tracking System (PITS) and the Production Support as a Lead Product Owner.• Collect requirements from business, define capabilities and features related to Provider Tracking Inventory System product, and decompose features into small user stories for the development team.• Write user stories that are clear, concise, and accurately reflect the needs of the users and customers.• Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that it is aligned with the Agile Release Train goals and objectives.• Work with stakeholders to identify and prioritize features, define acceptance criteria, and ensure that the features are aligned with the product vision.• Review demo and accept completed user stories to ensure that they meet the acceptance criteria and are ready for release.• Continuously evaluate and refine the product backlog, prioritize features, and incorporate feedback to ensure that the product meets the needs of the customers and stakeholders.• Work as part of the Scrum team to provide guidance, answer questions, and ensure that the team is working on the highest priority items.• Built a psychologically safe and open culture in the team.• Lead ceremonies like PI Planning breakouts, PI preplanning, Inspect and Adapt workshops, System Demo, PO Sync.• Assist in coordination across ART and stakeholders, identifying and resolving dependencies, and tracking and closing impediments and escalations.• Protect team from over-commitment and assist in prioritizing the backlog.• Attend and actively participate in Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.• Monitor the progress of the Scrum team against the product backlog and identify any issues or obstacles that may impact the delivery of the product.• Communicate progress, changes, and updates to stakeholders to ensure alignment with the product vision and goals.
