Having founded Elixir Consulting in 2007, I\'ve built my career on providing independent consulting advice to the financial and risk advice profession, and I love nothing more than helping firms to improve the value they provide their clients, and to uplift the business success they achieve. In 2023 I sold Elixir to Vital Business Partners and I\'m now the Head of Consulting at VBP.
