In my role with the Enterprise PMO Group, I was entrusted with managing a diverse portfolio of large, cross-divisional, and international projects—many of them high-stakes initiatives tied to Financial Crimes, Risk, and Compliance. These efforts required navigating across business lines, geographies, and technologies while ensuring every program met regulatory and enterprise standards.The work spanned a wide range of systems and applications—KYC, Enterprise Data Warehouse, Case Management, Flexcube, SOA, CRM, STRIPE, COBS, and OFSAA, among others—requiring not only technical breadth but also the ability to integrate solutions that directly supported enterprise priorities. I played an active role in vendor management, from selection and contract negotiations through to long-term collaboration, while also preparing for regulatory audits and managing complex financial budgets with precision.Beyond delivery, I was engaged in pilot efforts that advanced continuous improvement practices, and I partnered closely with release management to align execution with enterprise goals.
