ABOUT SUE SQUILLACE
With over 25 years in the industry, Sue is an established and experienced media executive who is passionate about building high performing teams to deliver strategic integrated and innovative client solutions that deliver long-term brand value. Sue joined Carat in September 2019 from Spark Foundry which she founded in ANZ in 2004, she was Chief Executive Officer for five years and helped build the business to be one of the highest growth media agencies in Australia. Prior to this, she held senior leadership and executive roles across Starcom MediaVest Group, OMD, Bray Media and Clemenger. In June 2021 Sue was promoted to CEO dentsu media ANZ, leading and growing Carat, iProspect, dentsu X and SMG. During her time at Dentsu she led the media business back to positive growth significantly improving performance and reputation whilst building solid client partnerships. Sue was awarded the B&T Women in Media award 2017, is an MFA Board Member and is also an active member of the Cerebral Palsy Alliance where she utilises the industry’s assets to help those less fortunate. She is an advocate for diversity, health and wellbeing in the workplace, firmly believing that business success comes from putting people at the centre of everything you do.
