Maintain business relationships with multiple counterparts with a perspective of making business requirements clear• Conduct Business Reviews with onshore counterparts and management team internally• Work with business partners to identify ways to improve business processes and deliverables• Assist in building, reviewing and adhering to the annual business • Review work results of the team and their pattern of handling User Stories,velocity and other metrices• Develop, motivate and retain employees and challenging the team to set ambitious goals• Provide regular performance feedback and giving frequent formal and informal coaching sessions• Manage project delivery, balancing scope, schedule, budget and risks Key responsibilities include determining the project approach and monitoring and reporting progress• Take ownership of critical issues through to resolution• Facilitate all Scrum related activities through updates in Agile central• Ensure team follows the Agile principles judiciously and deliver high quality• Analyze and document various system/Business related process and Web Services• Assess the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization• Remove impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel • Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of healing and problem solving• Facilitate getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work• Support and educate the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog• Assist product owner with writing User Stories and delivery• Provide all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible
