ABOUT STUART MILAN

With nearly two decades of experience in the travel industry, I currently serve as President, North America at Riviera Travel, where I lead the company’s rapid expansion across the United States and Canada. My role focuses on strengthening Riviera’s brand presence, driving commercial growth, and ensuring our award‑winning European river cruise and touring experiences resonate with North American travellers.Over the past five years, I’ve played a key part in Riviera’s growth in the U.K, previously serving as VP International Sales & Trading Director and Channel Director. In these roles, I led international sales strategy, global distribution, customer experience transformation, and the evolution of trade partnerships across regions including North America, Australia, South Africa, and Europe. Today, I divide my time between the U.K. and our North American headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, guiding operational expansion while developing customer‑centric strategies that support our travel advisor partners and enhance the Riviera experience for U.S. and Canadian audiences. I’m passionate about building high‑performing teams, elevating brand impact, and driving sustainable, long‑term growth.As Riviera Travel continues to scale in North America, I remain committed to ensuring we deliver the premium service, value, and authenticity that have made Riviera a leader in European river cruising for 40+ years.
