ABOUT STUART BAGLEY
As a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Suryeyors, I am a professional with the proven ability to not only run property development, management and consultancy projects, but also to generate the business. I have a successful track record as a front line business development manager, running the P&L for property services and extensive experience in recruiting and managing the property teams to service contracts I have won. As a property professional with 27 years experience in all aspects of commercial property development, management and consultancy, I have also held senior management and operational level roles, building business profitability and winning new revenue streams. Having specialised in property development, I have a track record in helping clients particularly in the front end project formulation stages. This includes identifying the optimum development for their land through financial feasibility analysis in conjunction with planning, bulk and location studies and market demand supply studies. Previous senior property development and management roles held in NZ and overseas have equipped me with comprehensive skills in all facets of commercial property consultancy services. My background has been in autonomous roles, working independently within property businesses and for clients. My approach is proactive, through a process of identifying innovative business development and operational cost efficiencies to maximise net margin. I am a coach and Assessor for the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) for The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, which involves deciding on new membership applications for the Commercial Property Practice and Management Consultancy pathways to membership. The APC is the training scheme that graduates need to complete to qualify as a chartered surveyor.
