I help organizations to drive user-centric digital product strategy and execution. I do this by exploring user contexts and behaviors along individual journeys, orchestrating insights with Data & Analytics, business interests and streamlining these into new value propositions. In doing so I combine qualitative research tools, journey management (>mapping), with traditional business strategy skillsets and the method x mindset of Design Thinking and agile (SAFE).Good strategy should help organisations to also understand what‘s to be excluded from their roadmaps. So for my personal strategy here is what’s out of my focus area: communication strategy, content strategy, media strategy and everything advertisement.
