Project Manager with experience leading equipment delivery, installation, and cross-functional coordination in a manufacturing environment. I manage projects from order through shipment and installation, ensuring alignment between engineering, production, procurement, and customers to deliver on schedule and meet project requirements.My role focuses on driving execution—clarifying scope, coordinating timelines, resolving risks and bottlenecks, and ensuring readiness across all stakeholders. I work closely with shop floor operations, engineering, and supply chain teams to maintain project momentum and prevent delays, while supporting on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.With a background in procurement and supply chain, I bring a practical, data-driven perspective to project management. I understand how supplier lead times, production constraints, and material availability impact project schedules and proactively address these factors to keep projects on track.As a Six Sigma Green Belt and PMP candidate, I am focused on improving process efficiency, reducing variability, and strengthening project execution through structured, continuous improvement. My goal is to deliver reliable outcomes while helping build more efficient and scalable project processes.
