It has offices in 43 countries and around 13k employees, generating £3.55bn in revenue in 2024.• I currently report to the Director of Operational Effectiveness, leading the development of a dynamic data strategy to drive operational efficiencies within the Customer Technology function.• I designed and implemented a senior leadership dashboard in Power BI, offering real-time visibility into operational efficiencies at the sub-tower level, enabling leadership to take informed actions and apply contextual insights to their outcomes.• My role spans both global technology operations and team management, overseeing a technology budget of approximately £420m annually.• My work directly influences cost savings by focusing on Purpose, Performance, and Profit. I’ve introduced key metrics within these areas for leaders to track and set actionable targets.• Initially, we concentrated on engineering development metrics, such as DORA’s Median Cycle Time, to measure performance. By tracking these metrics, we identified both qualitative and quantitative outcomes, leading to process changes and a reduction in deployment cycle time, delivering cost savings in the first year.• My team has reduced manual reporting time by 260 hours annually and growing. This was achieved by sourcing cost-effective technology to automate critical BAU tasks like reporting and dashboard updates.• I’m also mentoring a graduate in the Experimentation space. With my experience, we collaborate to generate and validate ideas, adding value to the business.
