My environmental practice concentrates on regulatory compliance, commercial transaction and litigation representing manufacturers, transporters, developers, clean and traditional energy providers and lenders. My insurance practice focuses on specialty lines issued by excess and surplus lines insurers serving the environmental and professional liability markets, as well as admitted insurers offering all types of commercial lines policies, including CGL, Business Auto, D&O, E&O and Commercial Property. For over a quarter century, I have advised Underwriters on regulatory compliance and emerging issues, drafted numerous types of policy forms and endorsements and litigated complex coverage issues. My claims and coverage experience includes complex mold and construction defect claims, design claims as well as complex commercial property losses such as those that arose out of the 9/11 Terrorist Attacks.
